Hi, I’m Anna!
On July 1, 2026, I became the new owner of Recharge Milwaukee
My background includes work as a Holobody Coach and Vibroacoustic Practitioner, but what really drives me is a curiosity about how our bodies work, how everything is connected and how we can take a more intentional approach to our well-being.
I’ve always believed wellness is about more than addressing individual symptoms. It’s about understanding the bigger picture, asking better questions and recognizing that our physical, mental and emotional well-being are interconnected.
That’s a big part of what drew me to Recharge.
My vision is to create a space where wellness technology meets education and personal connection. Somewhere you can explore different approaches to recovery and relaxation, learn more about your body and feel empowered to make informed decisions about your wellness.
Whether you’ve been part of Recharge for years or have never stepped through our doors, I’d love the opportunity to meet you, hear your story and help you discover what Recharge has to offer.

We’re continuing to expand our services, including vibroacoustic experiences paired with BrainTap, combining sound, gentle vibration and guided audio for a unique relaxation experience.
You’ll still find many of the services Recharge is known for, including PEMF, infrared sauna, red light therapy, lymphatic compression, cold plunge and more.

We’ve introduced flexible, credit-based memberships, allowing new members to choose how they use their monthly services.

No need to change! You can keep your existing membership exactly as it is, or we can help you transition to one of our new plans.

Previously, our additional membership option was limited to family members at $99/month. We’ve expanded it to include anyone you’d like to share the Recharge experience with!
As an active member, you can invite someone to join Recharge and receive 20% off their own monthly membership plan.

The ARK Boutique is now open, featuring thoughtfully selected jewelry, gemstones, books, gifts and our fill-your-own gemstone Wishing Well.
You don’t need a wellness appointment to visit the boutique. You’re welcome to stop in and browse during our open hours.
