INTRODUCTION TO RECHARGE?

If you are new to Recharge Health & Wellness, your first thought may be that our prices may seem unbelievably low, but we promise you they are very real.  Recharge is designed more like a fitness center where you purchase unlimited access to everything instead of the typical pay-per-session spa visit.  At Recharge we believe that wellness should be done more like fitness, where you take care of your body, mind & health several times a week or month, just like a workout.  That is why we offer unlimited wellness by the day or by the month, depending on your schedule.  Since we opened in 2020 over 2,300+ customers have bought and continue to buy unlimited wellness passes.

WHEN DOES MY PASS START?

You can set your pass start date to align with your first scheduled appointment, not the date you purchased the pass.   You can schedule sessions while your pass is active.  Unused passes never expire. If you receive an email letting you know your pass is set to expire, simply call us and we will extend your pass or explain your options.

We recommend when buying a 1-Day pass to purchase it a week or more before you are planning to use it to make sure there are plenty of therapies available to book on your 1-Day visit.  All therapies are scheduled ahead of your visit to make sure that they are available when you arrive. 

 

Special note on the 1-Day pass for 2 people... it is important each person create an account (their own log in on the website) and complete their own Client Health Waiver.  After you have purchased a 1-Day pass for 2 people, simply send us an email or give us a call with the 2nd person's name & email so we can ensure the 1-Day pass for 2 people is tied to both of you so each of you can easily book services.  There are 15 services available to choose from.

First Time Customer Specials?

Once you leave the club after your first visit you no longer qualify as a first-time customer.  So if you purchased a 1-Day Pass and want to purchase one of our Monthly passes with a special promotion, you'll want to ensure that happens during that first visit.  The monthly pass with promotion will begin on your next scheduled appointment day.

HOW DO PASSES WORK?

After you buy a pass the booking calendar will become available, and you will be able to schedule as many sessions as you would like for everything included with your pass.  You may choose the start date at checkout in the event you would like to purchase a promotional pass but are unable to use it right away.

ARE THERE CERTAIN THERAPIES FOR SKIN?

Yes, absolutely. Recharge offers over 10+ modalities that specifically help to improve your skin's appearance.  

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?

No, there are absolutely no contracts to sign, no minimum commitments, or hidden fee's just a simple straight forward unlimited pass that gives you access to all of the therapies you purchased for the time desired.  

CAN I CANCEL AT ANYTIME?

Yes, absolutely.  You can cancel your unlimited pass online, at the club or on the app.  We made it easy so customers can come and go as they please, so when you are ready to re-activate your unlimited pass it is quick. 

​Will someone explain each therapy TO ME?

Yes absolutely, 40+ therapies is a lot to take in on your first visit to Recharge so we offer free unlimited consultations based on each clients needs or current medical conditions.  You are welcome to schedule a free tour & consultation before your first visit.

what should i wear?

A general rule of thumb for men would be shorts and a t-shirt and for women shorts and a sports bra.  Many of the therapies you can use at Recharge you can do fully clothed.  Many services are more comfortable without shoes, so we recommend having shoes that are easy to take off and/or socks.  If you are planning a service that will get you wet, bring a swimsuit. If you are planning a service that will make you sweat, bring something to change into.  

Do i need to make an appointment?

 Yes its recommended, therapies at the Recharge are scheduled in advance and reserved on a first come first serve basis, and can be booked online or through the app before you arrive. 

 

CAN I PURCHASE MULTIPLE PASSES?

Absolutely, you can purchase as many passes as you wish.  If you are buying a pass as a gift please let the front desk know so we don't ruin the surprise.

CAN I PURCHASE A PASS FOR SOMEONE ELSE?

Absolutely, after you make your purchase, we recommend calling or sending us an email so that we can note the account.

To reduce overcrowding at Recharge a maximum number of passes are sold each month to make sure each customer has access to modalities and they have a good experience at the club.

can i Cancel or suspend my pass anytime?

Recharge does not require any contracts, therefore all passes can by canceled or suspended.  However, if you received a promotional offer (such as 2nd month free), then the pass is not able to be suspended during that promotional period.  During all non-promotional, normal monthly recurring periods you can cancel or suspend your pass.  Suspending your pass will extend your next billing period automatically via the system. 

WHAT DOES PRICE FOR LIFE MEAN?

At Recharge we value customer loyalty and therefore we protect our continuous passholders from price increases. If you purchase a pass and that pass remains continuous (never canceled/suspended) then your pass price will not change for the life of that pass.  If you choose to cancel/suspend we understand, but upon reactivation the current pass price will apply. Price for life policy is managed systematically and is not able to be overridden.

What are vip guest privileges?

During special events, such as our Recharge Grand Opening, we may offer promotional passes that include VIP Guest Privileges. This allows a promotional passholder to bring 1 VIP Guest to Recharge to join them for a day of services. The guest may participate in 2-person eligible services with the passholder such as Whole Body Vibration, Full Spectrum Sauna, shared services in the Massage Lab, and neighboring services like Photobiomodulation & Neck Massage w/ Grounding in the Relax Lab.  Another option is for the promotional passholder to call us 1-Day prior to your VIP Guest's arrival with you and ask us to enable a "Free Day Pass" for your VIP Guest... They will then be able to book up to 5 services from the 1-Day Exploration Pass list as long as you remain at Recharge during the same time.  Your Guest is NOT eligible to receive any services if you are not present. Passholders with VIP Guest Privileges can bring 1 NEW VIP Guest per visit, but each VIP Guest may only attend once. All visits following their VIP Guest Experience will require a purchased pass. Please help us ensure they have a wonderful time experiencing Recharge with you!

Do you have family / household / group memberships?

Yes we are so glad you asked!  We have an excellent solution tailored for family/friends living in the same household -or- businesses who want to share a 'group' employee benefit.  The primary passholder would need to purchase our Monthly Empowerment Pass which allows you to "Add-A-Friend" for $99/month by contacting us at Recharge.  A staff member will activate the "Add-A-Friend" pass and notate the Primary and Add-A-Friend accounts. All 40+ services available on the primary pass are also available on the Add-A-Friend pass. We do allow all of our passes to be suspended/canceled - there are no contracts at Recharge.  However, if the Primary Account is suspended/canceled, then the Add-A-Friend account will also be suspended/canceled. Alternatively, the Add-A-Friend account holder can purchase a new monthly pass to continue enjoying their services at Recharge.
