INTRODUCTION TO RECHARGE?

If you are new to Recharge, your first thought may be that our prices may seem unbelievably low, but we promise you they are very real.  Recharge is designed more like a health or fitness center where you purchase unlimited access to everything instead of the typical pay-per-session spa visit.  At Recharge we believe that wellness should be done more like fitness, where you take care of your body, mind & health several times a week or month, just like a workout.  That is why we offer wellness programs by the day or by the month, depending on your schedule.  Since we opened in 2020 over 2,300+ customers have bought and continue to buy Recharge Wellness Program Passes.

WHEN DOES MY PASS START?

Most clients have their pass start immediately so they can begin scheduling appointments as soon as they complete checkout.  However during checkout, you can set your pass start date to align with your expected first scheduled appointment, rather than the date you purchased the passIn that scenario, contact us at 414-301-1150 to help schedule your first appointments as the booking calendar will not be open until the pass is active.  Note: Pass start dates can not be altered once checkout process has been completed.

We recommend when buying a One-Day pass to purchase it a week or more before you are planning to use it to make sure there are plenty of therapies available to book on your planned visit.  All therapies are scheduled online ahead of your visit to make sure that they are available when you arrive.

First Time Customer Specials?

Once you leave Recharge after your first visit you no longer qualify as a first-time customer.  So if you purchased a Single Session or One-Day Pass and want to purchase one of our Monthly passes with a special promotion, you'll want to ensure that happens during that first visit.  ​

HOW DO PASSES WORK?

After you buy a pass the booking calendar will become available, and you will be able to schedule as many sessions as you would like for everything included with your pass.  You may choose the start date at checkout in the event you would like to purchase a promotional pass, but are unable to use it right away.  In that scenario, contact us at 414-301-1150 to help schedule your first appointments as the booking calendar will not be open until the pass is active.​​

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?

No, there are absolutely no contracts to sign, no minimum commitments, just a simple straight forward wellness program pass that gives you access to all of the therapies outlined in your program for the duration of pass.

CAN I CANCEL AT ANYTIME?

Yes, absolutely.  You can cancel your monthly pass up to 2 days prior to renewal, online via the website or app. We are unable to retroactively cancel or refund a pass once it has renewed. Promotional offers are void if a pass has been canceled.

​Will someone explain each therapy TO ME?

what should i wear?

A general rule of thumb would be sweats/leggings and a t-shirt. Many of the therapies you will remain fully clothed.  Most services are more comfortable without shoes, so we recommend bringing sandals or having shoes that are easy to take off with thin socks.  If you are planning a service that will get you wet, bring a swimsuit. If you are planning a service that will make you sweat, bring something to something to change into. Clients often come in comfy leisure / pajama pant sets with slippers & robes. Bottom line - come prepared to be comfortable so you can Relax & Recharge.

​Do i need to make an appointment?

 Yes, Appointments are required and can be conveniently booked online via the website or app. All wellness sessions are scheduled online in advance and reserved on a first come first serve basis to best accommodate each client's desired experience. We strongly recommend booking services several days in advance and monthly passholders consider setting up recurring appointments for your convenience. We do adjust staffing and hours based on advance scheduled appointments. Same day appointment availability is shown within the booking calendar.  Ask a staff member if you need help with the app.​

​CAN I PURCHASE MULTIPLE PASSES?

Absolutely, you can purchase as many passes as you wish.  If you are buying a pass as a gift please let the front desk know so we don't ruin the surprise. We offer Gift Cards, One-Day Passes, Monthly Passes, and Single Session Services.

CAN I PURCHASE A PASS FOR SOMEONE ELSE?

Absolutely, after you make your purchase, we recommend calling or sending us an email so that we can note the account. If you are buying a pass as a gift please let the front desk know so we don't ruin the surprise. We offer Gift Cards, One-Day Passes, Monthly Passes, and Single Session Services.

To reduce overcrowding at Recharge a maximum number of passes are sold each month to make sure each client has a positive wellness program experience.

​

can i Pause/suspend my pass?

Recharge does not require any contracts, therefore all monthly recurring passes can by canceled up to 2 days prior to their renewal. Once renewed a pass can not be retroactively cancelled and is not eligible for refund. For recurring monthly passholders who have completed at least 3 continuous monthly billing cycles we offer options for special circumstances such as medical issue or extended travel. For those scenarios please submit a pass suspension request in writing at least 7 days prior for review (email info@rechargemilwaukee.com). Grandfathered passes, Primary passes with associated Add-A-Friend or Plus 1 passes, and any passes with promotional offers are not able to be paused/suspended.  Add-A-Friend, Plus 1, and other promotional offers (ie free/discounted periods or VIP guest privileges) are void if a pass has been pause/suspended or canceled. If approved, suspending your pass will extend your next billing period automatically via the system - for a maximum of 45 days. If not approved, pass downgrade options or cancellation can be considered.

WHAT DOES PRICE FOR LIFE MEAN?

At Recharge we value customer loyalty and therefore we protect our continuous monthly passholders from price increases. If you purchase a monthly pass and that pass remains continuous (never canceled or paused/suspended) then your pass price will not change for the life of that pass.  If you choose to cancel or pause/suspend we understand, but upon reactivation the current pass offers and prices will apply. Price for life policy is managed systematically and is not able to be overridden.

What are vip guest privileges?

During special events, such as our Recharge Grand Opening, we may offer promotional passes that include VIP Guest Privileges. This allows a promotional passholder to bring 1 VIP Guest to Recharge with them for services.

 

  • The guest may participate in 2-person eligible services with the passholder such as Whole Body Vibration, Full Spectrum Sauna, shared services in the Massage Lab, and neighboring services like Photobiomodulation & Neck Massage w/ Grounding in the Relax Lab.

  • Another option is for the promotional passholder to call us several days prior to your VIP Guest's arrival with you and ask us to enable a "Free 1-Day Intensive Pass" for your VIP Guest... They will then be able to book services included in the 1-Day Intensive Pass they selected as long as you remain at Recharge during the same time. Services not included on the 1-Day Intensive Pass can be purchased via Book A Session page and booked in advance.

 

  • Your VIP Guest is NOT eligible to receive any services if you are not present.

  • VIP Guest must complete Login & Client Health Waiver in advance of scheduling (see First Time Customer page).

  • Passholders with VIP Guest Privileges can bring 1 NEW VIP Guest per visit. Appointments are required in advance.

  • Each VIP Guest may attend once. Visits following their one-time VIP Guest experience require a purchased pass.

  • Treat them as a VIP Guest - Please help us ensure they have a wonderful time experiencing Recharge with you!

Do you have family / household / group memberships?

Yes we are so glad you asked!  We have excellent solutions tailored for family/friends living in the same household.  Each person will need to create their login (see step 1 on our First Time Customer page).  Ask a Recharge Wellness Specialist to review which solution is best for you and they will also be able to manually activate your additional passholder's accounts once they have created their login.
