Celluma's Aches & Pains mode is specifically designed to treat aches and pains by emitting infrared light at a wavelength of 880 nm. This wavelength penetrates deeper than red light, about 30-40 mm, and is beneficial for treating arthritis, muscle spasm, muscle and joint pain, muscle tissue tension, joint and muscle stiffness, diminished local circulation, and post-surgical healing. The device's unique lightweight and flexible design allows it to mold closely to the body, facilitating effective energy absorption by tissue. The Celluma console also offers pulsing, which is the default setting, as research demonstrates that pulsed light enhances collagen production.
